Rhonda Miller is Vice President of Revenue Cycle Management.

Miller brings more than 20 years of patient financial services experience and is certified by the Hospital Financial Management Association in Patient Account Management (CPAM).

Most recently, Miller served as Director of Patient Financial Services at Wake Forest University Baptist Medical Center in Winston-Salem. In that role, she was administratively responsible for medical coding, outpatient services registration and insurance verification/authorization, managed care contracting and financial analysis; admissions, patient billing, collections, electronic document management, financial counseling and Medicaid eligibility.

Miller has also had a significant positive impact at other highly successful medical facilities including UNC Hospitals in Chapel Hill, NC where she served as director of Patient Financial Services for six years; WakeMed in Raleigh, NC where she was director of Patient Accounts for four years; and Presbyterian in Charlotte, NC where she was administrative director of Patient Financial Services for five years.

Miller has two adult children.
