Your time and involvement in the Mission Sports Medicine program is essential to its success and development as a region wide care program, we appreciate your continued involvement.
Each provider is required 44 hours of activity per year, use the Provider Activity Form to submit your eligible submissions on a monthly basis. Then, a quarterly report will be compiled and emailed to your based on the information you provide. If you have any questions about any of the requirements or eligible programs please call:

1. Maggie Valley Moonlight Race - Maggie Valley Fairgrounds, Maggie Valley, NC
Physician presentation opportunities August 26th Friday from 3 to 6 PM
Race packet pick up will occur from 3-6pm on Friday Aug. 26th
Friday night will be marketed to the community as a pre-race health fair
Available presentation time slots are 3:30pm/4:30pm/5:30 pm.

Saturday Sept 24 11 am and 9 pm
Dawn Creasman and Phil Lytle of the Grizzlies have requested physician coverage for the championship games on Saturday Sept 24, 2011 for 11 am and 9 pm games.
Mission Sports Medicine will also provide AT coverage for home games. In return we will get signage, one page ad in their game program , and PA announcements for their season, which starts in August. Athletic Trainer Coverage
