Healthy Weight Program

The Mission Healthy Weight Program is geared toward healthy nutrition, exercise planning and behavior modification and is ideal for individuals wanting to lose 10-40 pounds. This medically focused program provides people who are committed to losing weight with the opportunity to receive professional, personalized coaching and individualized instruction for supporting long-term weight loss and ongoing weight management.

Joining the program means committing to personal counseling with the program's registered dietitian and exercise specialist, as well as 12 weekly classes over three months. And, for those who have completed Mission's Healthy Weight Program, we offer weekly maintenance classes that offer continuing support to help you keep the weight off and stay on track.
