Join us for our free Community Health Talk Series at the Mission Outpatient Care Center in Clyde. Space is limited, so please pre-register to reserve your seat. To register for any talk, call:

All presentations are from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the center, which is located at 490 Hospital Drive in Clyde, near the Crabtree Road intersection. The center is next to Mountain Eye Associates and just down the road from the Mountain Medical Office Park. More directions.
