Most parents and caregivers at some point have wondered to themselves, "Where is the instruction manual that came with this child?" While we can't provide a complete set of instructions, Mission Children's Hospital can offer a few basic tips to help you raise healthy, safe, happy kids. As part of our education and outreach program, Mission Children's Hospital has created Kid Care, a regularly updated series of articles and resources on important child care topics. In addition to informative articles for parents, Mission Kid Care includes activities you and your children can do together - safety quizzes, videos, games, and pledges your kids can print out and sign, promising to follow good safety and health habits. As the region's only children's hospital, we are committed to providing parents and caregivers throughout Western North Carolina with reliable information that can help keep our community's children healthy and strong.
