Diversity Committee

Diversity Committee

Mission's Diversity Committee was established in 1996 to ensure that all Mission employees, patients and visitors—regardless of race, color, gender, national origin, age, sexual orientation, disability, religion, or other characteristics—feel welcomed when they enter our facilities.

The Diversity Committee is made up of representatives from throughout Mission Hospitals and the community. Each of these representatives shares his or her opinions at the committee's monthly meetings, as well as at the meetings of his or her chosen diversity action team.

The current action teams are the management measures team, the recruitment and retention team, the diversity communications team, the supplier diversity team and the health parity team.
