Hepatomegalia

Hepatomegalia es el agrandamiento del higado por encima de su tamano normal. Ciertas condiciones como una infeccion, parasitos, tumores, anemias, estados toxicos, enfermedades de almacenamiento, insuficiencia cardiaca, enfermedad cardiaca congenita y trastornos metabolicos pueden hacer que el higado se agrande.
