Dolor de pierna (lesion de Osgood-Schlatter) El dolor de pierna en ninos mayores y en los adolescentes puede presentarse por muchas razones. La lesion de Osgood-Schlatter es consecuencia de un trauma continuo al hueso tibial anterior y produce un tumor visible debajo de la rodilla.
