Free guest parking is available at both campuses. Our hospital can get busy, so it may take time to find a convenient parking space. Please allow extra time for parking before your scheduled appointment. If possible, family members should carpool together to make parking easier.
Valet Parking Service
Valet parking is available at the Patient/Outpatient Entrance on the Memorial Campus for a $4 service charge. Our helpful valet attendants are available to assist guests between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Cars can be retrieved after 5:00 p.m. by calling the number provided on the claim.
Memorial Campus Parking Details
The Memorial Campus Visitor Parking Deck (also referred to as the McDowell Deck) is a multi-level parking garage located off of Victoria Road near the Visitor's Entrance. Clearance for the Visitor Parking Deck is 6'10". Guest parking is available on levels 1 and 2.
The Patient/Outpatient Parking Deck (also referred to as the Biltmore Deck) is located on the southeastern corner of the Memorial Campus hospital between the Patient/Outpatient Entrance and the Emergency Department Entrance. Guest parking is available on Level 1.
Emergency Department Parking spaces are available near the Emergency Entrance.
The Heart Center Parking Deck is located near the Heart Center entrance. Guest parking is available on Level 2. Clearance for the Heart Center Deck is 7'.
The Latta Lot is located off of Victoria Road, north of the Visitor's Entrance. This parking lot provides easy access to the Owen Heart Center and is within walking distance of the Visitor's Entrance as well. Guest parking is available after 9:00 a.m. Radiation Therapy Parking is available near the Patient/Outpatient Entrance for our patients receiving radiation treatment.
St. Joseph Campus Parking Details
The St. Joseph Campus Visitor's Parking Deck is a multi-level parking garage located off of Biltmore Avenue. Guest parking is available on Levels 1, 2 and 3. Clearance for Level 2 is 6'7" and Level 3 is 6'2".
Emergency Department Parking spaces are available near the Emergency Entrances on both campuses.
Please note: Our security team patrols the parking decks, but it is wise to be safe and avoid storing any valuables in parked cars. Please report any parking problems to security at (828) 213-4133. Security staff can escort guests to their vehicles upon request.
