Healthy Weight Program

The Healthy Weight Program is ideal for individuals wanting to lose 10-40 pounds in a supportive environment. This program offers personalized instruction for developing skills toward healthier eating habits, exercise planning and the behavioral strategies involved with weight loss.

The Healthy Weight Program is presented in weekly group sessions complimented by one-on-one counseling sessions with a registered dietitian. The Program includes an in-depth assessment, practical nutrition instruction and ongoing coaching for healthier lifestyles.

To ensure optimal success in weight management and avoid regain, participants can continue participation by enrolling in our maintenance program.
