Asheville Surgery Center

Conceived and built through a working partnership between Mission and area surgeons, the Asheville Surgery Center opened in May 2000 and is equipped with some of the most advanced medical technology available.

Today, Asheville Surgery Center's 30,000 square feet includes nine operating rooms and two procedure rooms. Designed specifically to accommodate outpatient surgical procedures, meaning no hospital stay is required, we currently perform more than 14,000 cases per year.

Specialists that use the Center include:

  • ear, nose and throat (ENT)
  • general
  • oral and maxillofacial
  • orthopedic
  • plastic surgeons
  • ophthalmologists
  • urologists.

Many of the procedures in each specialty are minimally invasive.

Location
The Asheville Surgery Center is at 5 Medical Park Drive, just off Sweeten Creek Road in Asheville, North Carolina, with plentiful free parking and convenient access to Interstate 40.
